KYLE BOOTHE

Founder and Partner

Kyle founded Bluestone Partners in 2002 and is involved in all aspects and operations of Bluestone Partners. In the 20+ years of business, he is most proud of the amazing team of people at Bluestone. He is a graduate of Texas A&M Mays School of Business with a degree in Finance. Kyle lives in Sherman, Texas with his wife, Ashley and their two kids, Clay and Avery. When he is not working, he enjoys golf and pickleball.

DRAKE HITCHCOCK

Architect and Partner

Drake became part of the Bluestone family in 2019, brought on to lead and grow the Design Team, and is now a Managing Partner. He is a licensed Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin. Drake and his wife Lauren spend most of their time chauffeuring their two boys, Keaton and Mercer, to sports practices and games. If free time and good weather collide, you will find Drake on a patio or at the golf course.

BARRY BOOTHE

Partner

Barry joined Bluestone Partners in 2010 after graduating from Texas Christian University. He is passionate about Commercial Real Estate Investment and building relationships with other industry professionals and investors. Barry enjoys spending time with his wife, Caitlin and their two boys, Brooks and Ford. They enjoy playing golf and fishing together.

JARROD PARHAM

Director of Construction and Partner

Jarrod joined Bluestone in 2019 and has served in multiple roles on the Construction and Business Development Teams. Jarrod manages a large team who has completed many successful projects for Fortune 500 companies. Jarrod’s 15 years of construction experience includes ground up, remodel, and TI projects. Jarrod and his wife Lindsay have been married for 15 years and have two daughters, Lily and Adelyn. Jarrod and his family enjoy camping, hunting, and spending time at the lake.

JOY BOLEN

Director of Finance

Joy graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Accounting. She came to work for Bluestone 5 years ago after practicing public accounting for 35 years. Joy has enjoyed the challenge of the transition from public accounting to accounting and banking in the construction industry. During her time away from the office, she enjoys hosting parties for her family and friends, and attending her grandchildren’s varied activities.

CASEY HIBBS

Director of Asset Management

Casey joined Bluestone Partners in July 2020 and has served in multiple roles on our Real Estate and Development Teams. He graduated from Midwestern State University with a BBA in finance and economics and an MBA in 2010 and 2012, respectively. Casey and his wife Jenna spend their free time trying to keep up with their three kids, Colt, Ryann, and Reese.

CHARLES GADDIS

Senior Construction Manager

Charles joined Bluestone Partners in April 2018 as a member of the Architectural and Design team. After two years with the design team, he transitioned to Construction, serving as an Assistant Project Manager and later as a Project Manager. Following three successful years in those roles, Charles was promoted to Senior Construction Manager. Charles and his wife, Vicki, have been married for more than 31 years and are proud parents of two children, Kailee and Cade. They recently welcomed their first grandson, Jackson, to the family. Outside of work, Charles enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

JOSHUA BYNUM

Senior Construction Manager

Joshua joined Bluestone Partners in July 2024, bringing more than 20 years of leadership, operations, and construction experience. Prior to joining Bluestone, he owned and operated a successful residential and commercial construction company for nearly a decade. He oversees commercial construction and tenant improvement projects, including preconstruction services, budgeting, scheduling, and project execution. He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Collin College and continues to pursue industry certifications. Outside of work, Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife, Allison, and son, Jace. He can usually be found camping, exploring new off-road trails, hitting the golf course, or training in jiu-jitsu with his son.

SUSAN NOBLETT

Director of Administration

Susan joined Bluestone Partners in 2019. She graduated with a BBA from Baylor University and was previously employed in the financial sector. Susan and her husband Dennis have been married for nearly 40 years and have three children and 4 grandchildren. When time allows, she enjoys traveling to visit the grandkids, spending time outdoors, and working on home remodeling projects.
