1.  Design Consultation   It's our job to optimize your space, and we do that by starting with an in-depth design consultation. We'll work with you to review your budget, needs and goals, and then make recommendations on how we can best optimize the space while remaining within your budget.

2. Preliminary Pricing & Value Engineering We provide preliminary pricing that provides you with the most cost-effective solutions while meeting your design goals. Our approach to value engineering consistently looks for ways to improve the value of your project by examining the cost and function element.  We always check for less expensive expensive alternatives, without sacrificing functionality.


3. Final Pricing and Contracts Once the design consultation and preliminary pricing have been completed, we'll review the details of your project to insure a clear understanding of the scope, timeline and budget.   Our team works to develop contracts are fair, cost-effective and in line with industry standards. We'll also make sure that your project is completed on time and within budget.


4.  Scheduling and Permitting  We'll take care of scheduling permitting and related paperwork to ensure that your project is completed on time and within code.
